Caesars Entertainment’s Tropicana Atlantic City is seeking a Beverage Server for a full-time, on-site role in Atlantic City, NJ. You will serve beverages to guests in lounges, showroom, and on casino floor following approved policies, providing family-style service and contributing to a memorable guest experience.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of similar experience, with knowledge of customer service standards and Casino Control Act regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year previous experience in similar capacity preferred.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serves beverages to guests in lounges, showroom, and on casino floor according to approved policies and procedures.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times
• May perform other duties as assigned.
• May serve beverages to guests from within the pit area.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
