Job summary

Bally’s Del Soul Bar in Stateline, NV is seeking a part-time Beverage Server to deliver friendly guest service in a casino hospitality setting. You will take orders, prepare and serve beverages, and process payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of related experience in a similar food outlet, hotel, or casino atmosphere, excellent English communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by following the Thoughtful Service Model at all times. Work effectively with other employees to provide quality, efficient service.
• Accurately computes bill and accepts payment.
• Adhere to all state, county, and federal regulations, and the Company's internal controls, policies & procedures governing the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Monitor area for cleanliness and remove glasses, bottles, paper products, etc., and dispose of per operating procedures. Clean chairs/stools of crumbs and/or spills and spot check carpet for dirt and stains.

Target Salary Range:

• $12.00 per hour

Preferred
