Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a Beverage Server for our casino service bar. You will take guest orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and handle cash in a courteous, efficient manner.

You must follow state liquor laws, maintain a clean bar, and support responsible gaming. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and a commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate in Mixology preferred.
• IPS certification and Sanitation certification preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) essential.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders, serve drinks, and handle cash with courtesy and efficiency.

Adhere to cash handling procedures.* Ensure guest satisfaction in assigned areas and other areas if necessary.* Adhere to state liquor laws and TIPS training guidelines.* Keep bar and service area clean, sanitary and organized at all times.* Adhere to beverage control procedures.* Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures* Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations* Promote positive guest and team member relations* Adhere to property's Beverage Icon standards and expectations.
