• Provides personalized service and uses guest names
• Resolves service problems according to guidelines
• Acts as an ambassador of goodwill at work and public functions; appears in publicity photos
• Promotes casino events and programs
• Delivers fast (20-minute or less round time), friendly, professional beverage service to guests; carries full trays on every round
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervenes as needed per guidelines
• Takes drink orders, communicates with bartenders, assists with drink preparation, and presents drinks
• Handles money according to procedures
• Collaborates effectively with beverage staff and supervisors
• Maintains a clean and stocked workstation

• Must be 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain and maintain valid alcohol serving permits
• Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Accurate money handling skills
• Knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients or willingness to learn
• Available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Maintain professional appearance as per company standards
• Physically capable of mobility and lifting up to 20 lbs. for extended periods
• Able to tolerate smoke, noise, and bright lights
• Work efficiently in crowded, noisy environments
• Physical ability to push, pull, carry, reach, bend, and perform job duties in various work areas
