Edgewater Gaming, LLC is seeking a Beverage Server to support the beverage department, delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service to guests in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will take orders, serve drinks, handle cash and Micros POS transactions, verify age, and follow all safety and gaming regulations while maintaining a welcoming, professional demeanor aligned with our guest service culture.

Formación

• 1 year of experience as a beverage server or in a customer service-related role preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Verify right to work in the United States.
• Work Cards (Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Card).

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Take orders, serve drinks, and assist guests with beverage options in a professional and engaging manner.
• Accurately follow all cash handling and Micros POS procedures.
• Request identification from guests when legal age is questioned.
• Follow all food and beverage regulations and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
