Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking Sales Associates to support sales execution and product merchandising across assigned accounts in Alaska. You will help achieve distribution goals, rotate inventory, and maintain program standards while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic beverage sales environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rotate and merchandise the Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled.
• Interact with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers respectfully.
• Build knowledge of beer, non-alcoholic beverages, food journals and market trends.
• Maintain supplier and company standard themed programs.
• Submit reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys and expense reports by due date.
• Manage inventory expenses per policy and MVP standards.
• Monitor competitive activity and communicate strategies.
