Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a route merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery outlets along assigned routes in Salinas and nearby communities.

The role requires travel between backrooms and store displays, use of pallet jacks or hand trucks, and logging activities in company systems. Starting pay is $25.60 per hour with increases after 6 months and after 1 year, plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older per state law.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months of general work experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas to ensure inventory levels and product freshness.
