Job summary

Central States Beverage Company is seeking an energetic, reliable Retail Specialist to support sales and delivery teams across our Kansas City Metro footprint. This entry-level role focuses on stock rotation, creative displays, and efficient load-in processes to strengthen our in-market presence.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, with mentoring and growth toward an Account Manager role while developing product knowledge and strong customer relationships in the beverage wholesale sector.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Flexibility on hours with focus on early mornings, weekends and occasional holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs consistently.
• Professional and personable; able to build client relationships in a sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proper stock rotation in retail accounts
• Facilitate breakdown and load in of deliveries
• Construct creative and unique displays
• Restructure cooler and shelf layouts when necessary
• Develop and execute Point of Sales tools in market
• Assist additional departments as needed
