Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is hiring a Repack Associate to support day-to-day repack operations on the production floor. You will work on repack lines to ensure products are repacked accurately according to production requirements and customer specifications.

This is a full-time, first-shift role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be part of a collaborative team focused on quality, efficiency, and safety, with responsibilities spanning loading cans, packaging, and line

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, or food and beverage experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manually load and feed cans onto repack lanes to maintain a consistent flow of product.
• Load finished cans into cases, trays, or other packaging according to production requirements.
• Stack completed cases securely onto pallets.
• Ensure correct products and packaging materials are used for each run.
• Monitor packaging and identify damaged or nonconforming materials.
• Assist with product changeovers and preparation of repack lines between runs.
