Harrington Bottling Company in Butte, Montana is seeking dependable Production Workers to join our beverage manufacturing team. You will support daily bottling and packaging operations, help maintain production flow, and ensure products meet our quality and safety standards.

No prior experience is required—hands-on training is provided. This full-time role offers a daytime Mon-Thu schedule with overtime opportunities and union support, plus opportunities for career growth within our growing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn and follow operating procedures and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and assist with manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Perform routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting on production machinery
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Record production information and complete required documentation accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production work areas
• Follow established food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
• Communicate equipment issues, product concerns, or production interruptions to leadership
• Assist with material handling and general production support duties as needed
