Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain automated production equipment.
• Ensure production efficiency and maintain strict safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area.
• Document equipment or process deviations and safety issues.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance.
• Communicate mechanical issues to maintenance for timely resolution.
• Minimize downtime, waste, and overfill.
• Record production data such as lot numbers, fill weights.
• Coordinate with all departments for line continuity.
• Participate in shift meetings and provide operational updates.
• Follow all company policies related to safety and quality standards.
