• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems
