Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, quick, exceptional service to Guests and Team Members.
• Retrieve bar supplies from the storage area and ensure supplies are in good working order.
• Stock and rotate bars, respond to bartender requests for stock, and check bars to monitor stock levels.
• Deliver bar items to bars in a timely manner and return items to Warehouse with secure storage of alcohol.
• Rotate stock when product arrives; maintain FIFO to prevent spoilage.
• Adhere to Beverage Inventory Policy and complete bar requisitions accurately.
• Balance stock levels and ensure kegs and beverages are properly organized.

Beverage PorterPosition SummaryAs a Team Member of the Food and Beverage team, the Beverage Porter is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Beverage Porter is responsible for ensuring all allotted beverage stations are maintained clean, spotless, and orderly, adhering to all safety and health standards. The role also ensures all beverage stations are properly stocked, ensuring freshness and proper rotation of products.Position FunctionsEssential Functions• Provide friendly, quick, exceptional service to Guests and Team Members.• Communicate to management any shortages, overages, or areas of concern that require immediate attention.• Retrieve bar supplies from the storage area and ensure supplies are in good working order.• Ensure all Beverage storage rooms are kept organized (especially kegs) and neatly put away.• All hard liquor bottles must be combined with the same type of liquor at night's end when restocking in the Warehouse.• Adhere to the Beverage Inventory Policy.• Stock and rotate bars as required, respond to bartender requests for stock, and check bars to monitor stock levels.• Complete all Bar requisitions in an accurate and timely manner.• Rotate stock when product comes in.
