Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Production Technician I for the Essex Junction facility. The role focuses on operating and monitoring high-speed production equipment to maximize output while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will contribute to process improvements and lean daily management initiatives across the plant. The position requires ability to lift, stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift.
• Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.
• Understand and help drive improvements to quality systems and policies (QDS, SFQ, GMP, HACCP).
• Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
• Engage in resolving production line issues and track production data.
• Participate in formal problem-solving with team members.
• Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.
