New York Ag Connection in New York is seeking a Plant Manager for a food and beverage manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business Management or related field and 5–10 years of progressive experience in the sector, with a strong focus on high-speed beverage packaging.

This full-time, hands-on role requires proven floor leadership, the ability to implement change, and experience in both production management and maintenance, including hot and cold fill and can lines.
