Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Alabama seeks an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed beverage facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and control systems, and improve equipment reliability across conveyors, pumps, packaging, and filling lines.

The role requires reading schematics, working with SAP/CMMS, and participating in safety programs and 5S practices. On-site, with strong emphasis on preventive and predictive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment in production settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety, LOTO, and maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control circuits, and PLCs.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Document work in SAP/CMMS and track equipment history.
• Support startup, installation, and validation of new equipment.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
