Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a full-time Merchandiser in Oregon to stock and rotate beverages, build in-store displays, and service assigned accounts. The role involves route driving, strong customer relations, and adherence to company values.

You will work with Delivery and Sales teams, clock hours accurately and stay compliant with labor rules. Ideal candidates bring retail experience and a commitment to teamwork, flexibility for weekend shifts, and the ability to operate a mobile device

Qualifications

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
Must own and be able to operate a mobile smart phone device.
Preferred grocery or retail experience.

Responsibilities

Stock and rotate products in store back stock and on shelves, build and maintain displays with POS.
Drive personal vehicle on assigned route and ensure safe transport; Merchandisers do not transport product in personal vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts; build strong relationships with store personnel and Sales teams.
Communicate with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
Accurately clock in/out of timekeeping system; comply with labor law breaks.
Demonstrate Colu mbia Distributing Core Values at all times.
Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned.
Work independently and with a team; manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Adhere to safety and company policies in all activities.
