Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure customer locations are stocked and rotated according to standards, while building strong relationships with store teams. You will manage back rooms, displays, and shelving to promote product visibility and availability across assigned routes.

Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend work and overtime may be required; driving a company-acceptable vehicle is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record must meet policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize product handling and stocking procedures to keep shelves and displays organized.
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves with labels facing outward.
• Rotate products using first-in, first-out stocking system.
• Build displays and promotional items as instructed by supervisor or store management.
• Maintain organized back rooms and stock areas for safe access.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects as assigned.
• Traverse routes to ensure stores within assigned schedule are covered.
