Job summary

Empire Distributors, a leading beverage distributor, is hiring a Merchandiser to represent the company in promoting products at customer sites and assisting with store sets. The role focuses on merchandising, delivery support, and maximizing sales via effective POS materials.

Qualifications include an AA degree or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience. A valid GA alcohol-sales permit and driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent educational background.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer establishments (package stores, taverns, restaurants, etc.) to promote display items and boost sales.
• Deliver and set up promotion displays.
• Arrange product displays in customer locations.
• Educate customers on display racks and effectiveness to increase sales.
• Work with grocery and chain store wine/beer resets.
• Forward customer comments and sales opportunities to the sales team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Manager.
