Job summary

Standard Sales Company, L.P. in Texas is seeking a Merchandiser to manage shelf replenishment, product rotation, and display construction across assigned accounts. You will ensure POS materials are current and accurate to maximize sell-through and support deliveries.

This role requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift, and strong communication with store teams and sales reps. Experience with retail merchandising and basic math is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to calculate simple math functions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and special events.
• Stock shelves according to current shelf schematic and rotate products.
• Assist with retail deliveries and placement/installation of POS materials and displays.
• Maintain retail inventory organization and construct displays as directed.
• Follow company policies for product freshness and rotation and coordinate with sales reps for POS replacement.
