Job summary

Admiral Beverage Company is seeking a Merchandiser to display beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on the sales floor. You will arrange products, set signs, and coordinate with store personnel to ensure in-stock conditions and compliant displays.

Responsibilities include transferring products to floor displays, placing POS signs, and following directions from Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager. Able to work with flexible hours and lift-heavy items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Must meet company driver qualifications.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Some states require employees to be 21+ when promoting, merchandising and delivering alcoholic beverages.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases and sales floor.
• Arranges products according to plan approved by management.
• Places price and descriptive signs on merchandise and fixtures.
• Transfers product from stock to floor displays to meet Sell By dates and reduce stockroom.
• Orders product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Communicates daily with store personnel about service/product needs.
• Constructs or assembles display aids from POS materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
