Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a part-time merchandise associate in Franklin, PA. You will stock PepsiCo products, rotate stock, and build displays in local stores on Fri-Sun from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

You will move products from backrooms to sales floors, maintain organized backrooms, and support daily records with handheld tools. The role requires loading/unloading cases, lifting 20–45 pounds, and driving between store locations in assigned areas.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires lifting 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.
