The role involves moving products between backrooms and sales floors using manual or powered equipment, building displays, tracking inventory, and coordinating with the account manager to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year in grocery/retail/warehouse or related field is required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Personal vehicle for use during working hours; valid driver's license and insurance required.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers.
• Build, change, or remove product displays following company standards.
• Manage backroom inventory and coordinate with the account manager.
• Rotate stock using FIFO practices and report inventory levels.
• Communicate with stores and teams; provide recap photos and updates.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
