Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock beverage products in retail accounts. You will ensure all beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled for customers, monitor date codes and rotate products to maintain freshness.

Typical duties include replenishing shelves, building displays, managing backroom inventory with FIFO, handling damaged items, and coordinating with store personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, or related field preferred.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license, with reliable transportation to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers, coordinating product movement between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays and ensure accurate signage; handle damaged or defective product.
• Manage backroom inventory and utilize FIFO to ensure timely sales and proper stock rotation.
