Job summary

Force1One is seeking a merchandising specialist to improve the consumer buying experience by executing top-notch merchandising at stores within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate has strong merchandising experience, is a self-starter and quick learner, and excels at organization and relationship-building with business partners.

You will set shelves per planograms, tag sections, and report stock levels while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• Previous retail merchandising experience.
• Self-starter and quick learner who works independently and in a team.
• Comfortable in changing environments.
• Able to meet physical requirements: standing/walking 3–8 hrs; lifting up to 50 lbs; crouching, bending, twisting, repetitive hand movements.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute all pack-outs in assigned territory per required schedule.
• Set all shelves, end caps and displays to provided planogram (POG).
• Ensure sections are properly tagged.
• Pack out backstock from the backroom.
• Remove non-planogram items and place in designated area.
• Complete all required reporting and upload photos.
• Report stock observations and competitive threats to management.
