Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to support Sales and Merchandising across grocery stores and beverage outlets in the Santa Rosa area. This role involves stocking, displaying, rotating products, and using company tech for routing and reporting.

Shift starts early, with 5:00am–6:00am starts, five days a week including weekends. Benefits start Day 1, plus 401k matching and tuition reimbursement. Training and career advancement are available through the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
