Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring a Merchandiser in Loveland/Greeley, CO to creatively showcase brands, build displays, manage inventory, and place products at customer locations. A car is required; schedule Tue–Sat, 8:00am–4:30pm MST.

You will grow beer, wine, and spirit knowledge, build strong account relationships, and spot opportunities for brand growth while performing shelf resets and POS management as part of a family‑oriented culture.

Formación

• 21 years or older to apply with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment.
• Able to work occasional weekends.
• Able to lift and carry 45-65 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts.
• Stocking and rotating shelves.
• Building displays.
• POS material management.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Build rapport with key accounts and share feedback with the sales team.
• Identify brand/category opportunities and shelf/cold box facings.
• Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol products safely and responsibly.
