Job summary

Glazer’s Beer and Beverage in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Merchandiser to perform merchandising, stocking, and display installation, supporting the sales team and ensuring proper product presentation.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience and a valid driver’s license. Beverage sales or hospitality experience is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Regular in-office work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience.
• Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance as required by state laws.
• Experience with beverage product sales or in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of management.
• Planning and organizational skills to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers.
• Perform merchandising and stocking activities within an assigned territory.
• Ensure all company products are properly displayed.
• Complete stock rotations, shelf resets and backroom duties as needed.
• Install point-of-sale materials as directed.
• Expedite delivery of product.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
