Job summary

Admiral Beverage in Springville, Utah, is seeking a Merchandiser to display beverage products on shelves, showcases and the sales floor, following prearranged plans and management directions.

You will arrange products, place signs, move stock to floor displays, coordinate orders to prevent out-of-stocks, and communicate with store personnel daily to support sales objectives and in-store merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must meet company driver qualifications.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs.
• Some states require employees to be 21+ when promoting, merchandising and delivering alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Display beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and the sales floor as directed by management.
• Arrange products according to plan or management approval.
• Place price and descriptive signs on displays, fixtures, merchandise, or floor.
• Move product from back stock to floor displays to meet Sell By dates and minimize stock room.
• Order product for assigned accounts to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Develop or follow display ideas with Merchandiser Manager and Sales Manager.
• Communicate daily with store personnel about service or product needs.
• Assemble display aids from POS materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
