Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Merchandiser to ensure product visibility and steady stock across retail locations in its territory. You will stock shelves, rotate products, build displays, and manage backstock to support sales and brand presence.

The role emphasizes teamwork, meets merchandising standards, and requires a high school diploma with driving capability. The schedule is Friday–Tuesday, 6am–2:30pm, with a valid license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Must be able to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 40-55 pounds and stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores.
• Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment
• Implement promotional activities and set up promotional displays and signage.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration.
