Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to stock and display our brands across Greater Santa Maria, Lompoc, Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obispo and surrounding areas. You will visit large accounts, maintaining attractive shelves and ensuring product availability.

The role requires independent work, physical stamina for lifting and loading, and daily travel by personal vehicle. A company phone supports clock-in/out and mileage tracking; weekends and early hours apply.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display products on shelves/coolers in assigned territory.
• Report to stores for scheduled shifts; may cover routes as needed.
• Use personal vehicle to travel between stores; company delivers products to stores.
• Company-issued phone provided for clock-in/out and mileage tracking.
