Pepsi Bottling Ventures, LLC in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Beverage Equipment Service Tech A to join our team. You will provide repair service for beverage equipment within an assigned territory and deliver exceptional customer service while representing PBV to our customers.

The role requires 2+ years in beverage equipment repair, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel daily. Proficiency with SAP/IFS/Microsoft Word/Excel is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' beverage equipment repair or related experience.
• Must travel daily to assigned accounts; overnight travel may be required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of electrical components, electronics, plumbing, refrigeration, and vending/fountain equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP, IFS, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair service within an assigned territory for beverage equipment.
• Interact with customers to diagnose, educate and support while meeting PBV objectives.
• Perform diagnostics, repair and testing using electrical, mechanical and pneumatic tools.
• Maintain equipment, parts, and inventory; manage truck operations and safety.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Use handheld computer for accurate call details and parts management.
