Job summary

BERCO offers a Field Service Technician role in Greenville, SC to diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of beverage and commercial food equipment. You’ll work from a home base with a take-home vehicle and fuel card, and you’ll be dispatched locally to customer sites.

The position includes paid time off, health and retirement benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a willingness to be on-call and hands-on with equipment.

Qualifications

• EPA knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• General knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation via iPad/cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service beverage and commercial food equipment.
• Deliver professionalism, communication, and integrity to customers.
• Be available for on call rotation.
• Maintain vehicle stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills.
