Job summary

Cavalier Distributing Company is seeking Delivery Drivers to join our team in Ohio. This role focuses on safe, courteous delivery of craft beverages to bars, restaurants, and retailers.

We offer a 4-day work week, competitive hourly pay of $18.00–$19.00, and the potential to earn over $9,000 yearly in performance and safety bonuses. Full benefits begin after 60 days, plus a $1,000 signing bonus and occasional overnight travel with hotel and a $50 per diem.

Qualifications

• Valid, unexpired driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Thorough understanding of traffic laws and a commitment to defensive driving.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Basic numerical skills for order and delivery paperwork.
• Willingness to take and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operating vehicles safely and adhering to all DOT safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Efficiently loading, unloading, and maneuvering product (weights generally between 30 and 165 pounds).
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting safety issues.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and executing cash management duties with integrity.
• Providing exceptional customer relations that reflect our professional standards.
