Job summary

Sunny Delight Beverages Company in Dayton, NJ is seeking a Compounding Operator to join our production team. The role focuses on blending, batching, and maintaining sterile processes to support our beverage production.

The operator will set up blending equipment, process materials per MO/SOP, and ensure accurate documentation and batch records. Candidates should have 1 year GMP experience, be able to lift 55+ lbs, and pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in compounding, blending, or mixing in GMP production environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a drug screen and physical.
• Ability to lift 55+ pounds periodically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sterile awareness.
• Set up and operate blending equipment per MO and SOPs.
• Inspect, unload, and store inbound materials.
• Process work orders accurately according to the MO and production schedule.
• Create batch samples for Quality Assurance testing.
• Add ingredients to blenders, process batches, and calculate quantities.
• Blend juices and water using various equipment.
• Able to perform basic math and complete batch correction worksheets and documentation.
