Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to support the club's food and beverage services at Clear Creek Golf Course in Houston. You will greet guests, assist with selections, and promote specials while handling payments accurately.

Responsibilities include ensuring alcohol is served only to adults, maintaining quality and cleanliness across carts and snack bars, and assisting with setup and breakdown procedures to support a smooth dining experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections; make recommendations, inform of specials, promote offerings.
• Take payment for beverages and snacks using prescribed cash procedures.
• Ensure alcohol is not served to anyone under 21 years of age.
• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards; keep cart, snack bar, golf course and facilities clean and organized.
• Perform cart set up and breakdown procedures.
