Job summary

Stonetree Golf Club in Killeen, TX is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests on the course. You will drive the beverage cart, stock supplies, and process payments using Micros and cash handling procedures.

The role requires a valid driver's license, legal drinking age, and strong customer service skills. You will work weekends and holidays, ensuring a friendly, professional guest experience on-site at the golf club.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Drive the beverage cart to different areas on the golf course to service guests.
• Stock beverage carts to par levels each day of use.
• Operate Micros, handle cash, room charges, guest member charges and credit card charges according to procedure.
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, line and front of the house employees.
• Ensure that all customers are greeted in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Assist in upkeep of the golf course as needed.
• Assist in food preparation and tend bar as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Description

The Beverage Cart Attendant is integral to the guest experience and provides food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. The Beverage Cart Attendant will service beverages at the facility and provide a high-quality service-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
• Ability to operate computerized/electronic cash register system
• Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a motorized beverage cart using proper golf etiquette
• Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
• Must have strong skills in Customer Service
• Must be dependable
