Job summary

You will inspect, weigh, mix ingredients, document lots, and operate forklifts in a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include precise batching, process adjustments with QA input, and maintaining GMP adherence and equipment sanitation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years experience in field or manufacturing environment.
• 2 years experience in the position.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Precisely inspects, stages, weighs, and mixes ingredients per recipes.
• Pre-weighs, blends, and liquefies components for beverage prep.
• Documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas.
• Cleans and sanitizes batching equipment and fillers.
• Operates forklift to load/move ingredients following safety procedures.
• Abides by GMP and Food Safety Standards; maintains housekeeping and quality.
