Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Beverage Bar Back to deliver friendly, professional service and keep beverage areas clean and stocked. The role involves stocking supplies, handling ice, glassware, and CO2 tanks, and moving carts weighing up to 500 pounds across casino bars.

Responsibilities include adhering to liquor laws, completing training within nine months, and assisting beverage staff as needed. Must be 18+, with a HS diploma preferred and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate the following equipment: beverage guns, ice machines, mixers, pourers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons in a friendly, professional manner.
• Adhere to all beverage policies, liquor laws and safety procedures.
• Complete required training within nine months from start date.
• Maintain the beverage area clean and stocked at all times.
• Transport supplies using beverage carts and stage areas as needed.
• Assist in other beverage station duties and occasionally act as Beverage Bartender.
