Sweetgreen is hiring a Team Member in Bethesda, MD. You will provide warm hospitality, prepare and serve fresh food, and ensure accuracy of orders while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This entry-level role offers growth paths into leadership and management within a few years.

The position requires at least 12 hours per week and 18+ years of age, with eligibility to work in the United States. Competitive wages and benefits are available.

• Must be available to work a minimum of 12 hours per week
• Lifting: Routinely handling items up to 5-25 lbs and occasionally handling items 40-50 lbs
• Bending: For accessing low areas and handling items.
• Reaching: For accessing high areas and handling items, includes building salads and restocking ingredients
• Standing/Walking: Extended periods, including moving between areas
• Squatting: For accessing low areas and handling items
• Pulling: Managing tasks that require pulling items or equipment
• Manual Dexterity: Typing, interacting with systems, handling tools (knives, thermometers, POS systems), and managing cleaning tools
