This 6‑month development program pairs new graduates with a dedicated mentor and a nationwide network of sales professionals to build technical sales skills and business acumen. You will support sales activities, learn Johnson Controls’ security equipment and building solutions, and develop relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners to drive sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field with anticipated graduation date Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

What We Look For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027

Preferred:
