Johnson Controls is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering program in Minnesota for engineering graduates. The six-month development track pairs participants with mentors, combines classroom training with hands-on customer exposure, and builds the technical and business skills needed for a high-growth sales career.

You will engage with sales teams, learn HVAC equipment, and support proposals to drive sustainable building outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

From day one, you'll be paired with a dedicated mentor and supported by a nationwide network of sales professionals. Through classroom training, hands‑on experience, and customer interactions, you'll develop the technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship‑building skills needed to succeed in a high‑growth sales career.

What We Look For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred:

• Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree

• Internship, co-op, engineering, sales, or customer-facing experience

• Interest in technical sales and customer relationship management
