Johnson Controls invites recent engineering graduates to join the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program, a 6-month development path designed to launch a career in technical sales. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and supported by a nationwide network of sales professionals for classroom training, hands-on experience, and customer interactions.

From day one you’ll gain the technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills needed to excel in a high-growth sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and anticipated graduation date (Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

What We Look For

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively

• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Preferred:

• Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering degree

• Internship, co-op, engineering, sales, or customer-facing experience

• Interest in technical sales and customer relationship management
