Johnson Controls in the United States is launching its Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program, a 6-month development path for recent graduates aiming at technical sales. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and gain exposure to a nationwide network of sales professionals from day one.

You'll learn about Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions, support proposals and opportunities, and build relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation December 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
• Internship, co-op, or customer-facing experience preferred.
