Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager for BESS projects in the Dallas area. You will lead on-site quality control, drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and partner with field teams to ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and schedule targets.

You will monitor KPIs, conduct audits, facilitate continuous improvement workshops, train site personnel, and supervise quality technicians, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in quality, process improvement, or project management roles.
  • Knowledge of process optimization methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess complex operational scenarios and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Change management experience and the ability to influence and motivate teams in a project environment.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and practices.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and data analysis software.

  • Collaborate with on-site teams to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance resource utilization.

Job Overview:BESS Site Quality ManagerPrimoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager to support site-specific quality assurance and operational excellence initiatives across our Utility Scale BESS projects. This role is responsible for leading on-site quality control efforts, tracking performance, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to ensure high standards and successful project delivery.
