Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company’s WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Senior Project Manager for BESS projects. This on-site role in Juno Beach, FL coordinates environmental, regulatory, engineering, estimating, supply chain and construction activities across multiple projects nationwide.

You will manage the technical scope, develop financial models, handle contracts, and present to executives. A Bachelor's or equivalent experience is required; PMP and advanced Excel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, or finance/accounting.
• Senior (11 - 15 years) experience in project management or equivalent roles.
• PMP Certification and advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, and interconnection to identify project variables.
• Develop the project's technical scope and improve technical/financial feasibility.
• Support development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations and with jurisdictional needs.
• Coordinate engineering, estimating and procurement requirements across multiple projects.
• Present financial models to executives and manage them through budget approvals.
• Source and negotiate contracts for services including geotechnical, surveying, engineering, and EPC/PC.
