A leading construction firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Assistant Preconstruction Manager for BESS projects. This role supports utility-scale construction activities, managing proposals, and coordinating internal teams. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in the solar EPC industry. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for growth and relocation to South Florida may be required.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in utility-scale solar EPC or related preconstruction roles.
Experience in BESS preferred, but not required.
Willingness to relocate to South Florida preferred.
Responsibilities
Support RFP responses and coordinate internal stakeholders.
Assist Project Manager in preconstruction deliverables.
Maintain documentation including logs and budget trackers.
