Greenlink Energy Solutions seeks a BESS / Microgrid Engineer to lead design and integration of advanced energy systems across its commercial project portfolio. You will drive engineering judgment for battery storage, solar+storage, and microgrid architectures throughout feasibility, architecture, commissioning, and validation stages.
The role emphasizes independent engineering judgment, system-level interaction understanding, and guiding design decisions to deliver reliable, cost-effective
Greenlink Energy Solutions is building the next generation of commercial clean energy infrastructure-designed for performance, resilience, and long-term value.
Greenlink Energy Solutions is building the next generation of commercial clean energy infrastructure-designed for performance, resilience, and long-term value.
We partner with organizations to develop and integrate intelligent energy systems that reduce risk, control costs, and strengthen operational independence. Our work spans solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), microgrids, HVAC modernization, and energy optimization-aligned around one core principle: real-world outcomes backed by engineering discipline and lifecycle accountability.
We are not simply a contractor. We serve as developer, integrator, and long-term strategic partner-bringing together technical rigor, financial alignment, and operational control to ensure projects perform as intended over time.
As we scale, we are building a disciplined and repeatable commercial platform-one that prioritizes ownership, integration, and long-term system performance. We seek professionals who are energized by growth, value sound judgment, and want to help shape the future of commercial clean energy delivery.
The BESS / Microgrid Engineer plays a critical technical role in the design and integration of advanced energy systems across Greenlink's commercial project portfolio.
This role focuses on the engineering, modeling, and performance optimization of battery energy storage systems, solar + storage integrations, and commercial microgrids. The engineer will work across the full project lifecycle—from early feasibility and system architecture through commissioning and operational validation.
This is not purely a modeling or drafting role. The BESS / Microgrid Engineer is expected to apply independent engineering judgment, understand system-level interactions, and guide design decisions that ensure reliable, cost-effective, and resilient energy systems.
Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
Benefits include:
Greenlink is building an integrated commercial energy platform where solar, storage, and intelligent energy systems work together to deliver long-term performance.
Engineers in this role will help define how advanced energy systems are designed and deployed for commercial customers, with the opportunity to work on projects that combine solar, storage, and resilient microgrid infrastructure.
This role offers meaningful technical ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to help shape the engineering foundation of a growing clean energy company.
