Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking contractors to visit residential construction sites within your area to photograph progress using the Pruvan app. You will not write reports; you’ll provide clear photo documentation and communicate availability for assignments.

This contract role offers flexible hours and independence. You must have reliable transportation, a smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app, and be able to meet 24–48 hour turnaround times on inspections. PPE is required.

Qualifications

About NWM Risk Management:

We partner with banks and lenders to monitor the progress of residential and commercial construction projects. Our role is to ensure that the funds being released align with the actual progress on‑site. To do this, we work with local inspectors who visit construction sites, document progress through photos, and submit them via our mobile app. Our Portland‑based team then compiles these into reports for lenders.

What You’ll Do:

1. Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
2. Take interior and exterior photos of all properties assigned directly through our smart phone app to provide a general overview of what has been completed on‑site.
3. Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
4. Communicate your availability and scheduling needs promptly.
5. Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
6. No report writing is required, just photo documentation.

Requirements:

1. Minimum years of experience: Any (no prior experience required)
2. Flexible schedule: Inspections are assigned as needed, typically with 24–48 hours’ notice, with a turn time of approximately 48 hours.
3. Reliable transportation: You’ll need a vehicle to travel to inspection sites.
4. Device Requirement:* Smartphone or tablet (iPhone or Android) compatible with the Pruvan app. Devices must be no older than 5 years* to ensure app compatibility and performance.
5. Basic construction knowledge preferred: Familiarity with residential construction is a plus.
6. PPE gear: Closed‑toe shoes, long pants, and a safety vest are required.

Essential Physical Requirements:

This role requires the ability to navigate uneven terrain and climb stairs during site inspections. The candidate must be able to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay Structure:

This is a contract, flat‑rate position. Payment will be a flat amount depending on the project type, location, and requirements. We pay direct deposit once the progress photos are completed, processed, and approved.
