Responsibilities

Develop and customize OTC and cosmetic skincare formulations with lab batches and prototypes.
Design, execute, monitor, and summarize formulation experiments and stability studies.
Maintain notebooks, formulation records, and project documentation.
Enter and maintain formulations in designated formulation software.
Troubleshoot formulation, processing, and stability issues with scientific judgment.
Evaluate raw materials and trial compositions against criteria.
Stay current on cosmetic ingredients, processing methods, and regulatory considerations.
Order materials, obtain supplier information, and track lifecycle in inventory system.
Assist with scale-up batches for clinical supplies and stability testing.
Maintain laboratory equipment and materials per SOPs and safety.
